Stone paper to protect water resources and energy saving

Stone paper has a strong environmental awareness. The manufacture of stone paper products does not require washing with water, nor does it require strong acids, alkalis and bleaching agents. Therefore, there is no problem of wastewater discharge, no pollution of rivers, seas and other water resources, and it is used in the manufacturing process. The energy consumption is lower than that of traditional wood pulp papermaking, which helps to alleviate the problems of global warming caused by carbon dioxide (CO2).

Stone paper not only helps to improve the past environmental problems, but also conforms to the future trend of environmental protection. It is believed that it will be an inevitable and widely used product of the development of human science. It is not yet possible to fully replace traditional papermaking. The goal should be to replace part of the market. As for replacing 30% or 40%, whether to replace coated paper, newsprint or double offset paper, the key lies in the maturity, development and perfection of the technology.
