What will the effect of stone paper be when soaked in water? Ordinary paper will deform and stick together when it encounters water. The stone paper will not get wet when soaked in water, and the handwriting needs to be written with catfish eternal black ink, which will not faint and spread after passing through the water. This is great for outdoor notebooks and maps. Gel pens and ballpoint pens are more suitable for writing on the stone. If the stone paper is not torn and forcibly torn, it will deform and cannot be recovered.
The production process of stone paper is not complicated. First, the large stones entering the factory are crushed in the grinding workshop, and then the stone powder is softened by the polymer material and then wrapped to form blocks, which are then put into the screw extruder for mixing. Small particles are formed and cooled down. Then the small particles are softened and mixed to produce paper with a thickness ranging from 30 to 800 microns, which is then coated, absorbed ink, and dried to be the finished product. After the stone paper is made, it can be used to make packaging boxes and industrial paper, which can replace the application of wood pulp paper in a large proportion.
