The main raw material of stone paper tape is calcium carbonate powder (limestone), which accounts for 70% to 80% of all raw materials. The production process requires no water, no acid, no alkali, and no bleaching agent. No waste water or waste gas is discharged, and the main energy source is hot gas. The product is degraded under the action of microorganisms and thermal oxygen, which can effectively eliminate white pollution. At the same time, the waste products can be recycled. The recycled waste products can be pulverized, extruded and granulated to produce other products to achieve the recycling of resources, effectively reducing the BOPP plastic film tape made of non-degradable polypropylene film as raw material. The pollution caused by it has the characteristics of no pollution, degradable, recyclable, good performance and low cost.
